REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Thank you for choosing to buy your favourite products and pleased to serve you. Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased. Baasem Co., Ltd welcomes you, we will do our best to make the return or replacement as simple and smooth as possible

We have facilitated the return or replacement process for you through the following procedures

1-Time period policy to refund or replace purchases

refund and exchange within 7 days after the date of purchase-

2- Purchase refund and replacement policy

  • The policy applies to the product in its closed packaging and in the same original condition at the- time of purchase

    All the accessories received with the product must be returned in their original packaging-
  • Products that have been opened and have a factory defect can be replaced by the same item- provided that the customer delivers them to us

    The customer must deliver the product to any of the company's branches, complying with the above- conditions

3-Procedures and locations of refund and replacement

  • The customer can retrieve or exchange purchases from all branches of the company free of charge- provided that the condition in article 2 above is met

    The original purchase invoice must be attached at the start of the replacement or refund procedures

4- Methods of refund

  • The customer has the option to refund the value of his purchases or replace them with another- product depending on the customer's choice

    To return the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank cheques, the amount will be refunded- through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) working days and the customer must follow up the payment procedures through his bank branch

5- Exceptions not covered by the refund and replacement policy

- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse

  • Not matching the serial numbers of the device, the original carton, colours, or any other appearance- compared the product when receded during the purchase process and as recorded in the purchase invoice

    - Electrical parts

6 - Other terms and conditions

  • The customer has the right to receive the items purchased within a maximum of one month from the -date of purchase

    In the event of a postponement of receipt of the product from the product from the customer, the- customer is a titled to request the storage service of the items purchased by the company for a free of10% of the total value of the products stored for each month stored
  • In case of delaying the reception of the product from the customer, the company has the right to- add10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay in receipt collected in each from the customer
